Boarding & Daycare Agreement

Welcome to Furry's Day Out. Thank you for trusting us with your pet's care. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and transparent experience for everyone, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Health Requirements

• All pets must be healthy, free from contagious illnesses, and up to date on vaccinations. Valid vaccination records must be shared before check-in.
• Pet parents must disclose all relevant information about their pet, including medical history, behavioural concerns, dietary restrictions, allergies, and medication requirements at the time of booking.
• Furry's Day Out reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue services for any pet that may pose a safety, health, or behavioural risk to staff or other pets.

2. Boarding & Daycare Stay

• Pets will be cared for in a safe, supervised, and comfortable environment with routine care and attention.
• If needed, pet parents must provide all essential items for the stay, including food, treats, medication, feeding instructions, toys, and bedding.
• If applicable, drop-off and pickup must be completed within the agreed time slots. Any delays may attract additional charges.

3. Health, Safety & Emergency Care

• In case of illness, injury, or medical emergency, Furry's Day Out will make reasonable efforts to contact the pet parent immediately.
• If urgent veterinary care is required and the pet parent cannot be reached, Furry's Day Out reserves the right to seek medical treatment from the nearest available veterinary clinic.
• All veterinary, transportation, medication, and related emergency expenses shall be borne entirely by the pet parent.
• Pets showing symptoms of illness (including vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy, infection, etc.) may be isolated or sent home for the safety of other pets.
• If a pet is found to have ticks, fleas, or any contagious parasites during their stay, the pet parent (or emergency contact) must arrange immediate pickup.
• Pet parents understand and accept that unforeseen medical emergencies or critical health complications may arise during or after the pet's stay due to pre-existing, age-related, hidden, or stress-induced conditions, and Furry's Day Out shall not be held liable for any resulting medical outcomes or loss.

4. Behavioural Policy

• Aggressive, destructive, excessively anxious, or uncontrollable pets may be refused, isolated, or asked to leave at Furry's Day Out's discretion.
• If a pet's behaviour disrupts operations or endangers staff, property, or other pets, immediate pickup will be mandatory.
• No refund will be issued if services are discontinued due to behavioural or safety concerns.

5. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is completed as per the invoice or agreed payment terms.
• Cancellation terms, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on the reserved stay period.
• If the pet parent fails to respond or does not arrive at the reserved check-in time and remains unreachable, the booking may be treated as cancelled and the reserved slot may be released.
• Any request to reschedule the booking after the original check-in date will be subject to availability.

6. Property Damage & Liability

• While Furry's Day Out takes reasonable care and precaution, pet parents acknowledge that interactions with animals involve inherent risks.
• Furry's Day Out shall not be held liable for illness, injury, stress-related conditions, accidents, escape incidents, or unforeseen events during the pet's stay, unless caused by proven negligence.
• Pet parents will be fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet to property, equipment, staff, or other animals, including reimbursement for repair or replacement costs.

7. Media Consent

• With the pet parent's consent, Furry's Day Out may capture photos or videos of pets during their stay for updates, safety records, or promotional purposes.

8. Emergency Contact Requirement

• Pet parents must provide at least one active emergency contact who can make decisions or collect the pet if the pet parent is unavailable.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• All information provided about my pet is true, accurate, and complete.
• My pet is fit for boarding/daycare unless otherwise disclosed by me.
• I have disclosed all known medical conditions, behavioural concerns, dietary restrictions, allergies, medications, or special care requirements.
• I understand and accept the risks associated with boarding/daycare, including injuries, illnesses, stress-related complications, and medical emergencies.
• I authorize Furry's Day Out to seek emergency veterinary care for my pet if required and if I am unavailable.
• I understand that all emergency medical expenses arising during my pet's stay shall be my responsibility.
• I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions stated in this Boarding & Daycare Agreement.
