By availing of any service offered by Svantaraa Pet Care (“Svantaraa”), including but not limited to boarding, daycare, grooming, and dog park access, you (“Pet Parent” or “Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

BOARDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-In & Check-Out Policy: All pets must be dropped off and picked up inside the premises. For safety reasons, our staff will not collect or hand over pets outside the gate.

Timings:
Drop-off: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pick-up: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Early or late check-ins/outs are not permitted unless explicitly pre-approved by management..

Payment & Booking Policy: Daycare: 100% advance payment is required to confirm bookings.

Boarding Reservations: A non-refundable booking fee of ₹2,000 is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid in full at check-in.

Advance Payment Rule: All services at Svantaraa operate on a 100% advance payment basis. Bookings will be confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations & Changes: We completely understand that plans may change. However, to accommodate others, no refunds or date changes can be offered without at least 72 hours’ notice.

Communication Policy: A dedicated WhatsApp family group will be created for each pet upon check-in. Updates, including daily mealtime videos, will be shared regularly in this group.
WhatsApp will serve as the primary mode of communication. Kindly use it for all non-emergency queries. To maintain transparency and proper documentation, phone calls are discouraged. Please reserve calls for emergency situations only.

CCTV Policy: The facility is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance, covering all common areas and pet rooms. For the privacy and safety of our staff, especially female employees, live CCTV access will not be shared with pet parents. In case of a specific concern or incident, the relevant footage can be reviewed upon request.

Feeding & Mealtime: We maintain a strict mealtime routine to ensure consistency and comfort for all pets. For transparency, video updates of mealtimes will be shared with pet parents. Any special dietary requirements, allergies, or medical feeding instructions must be provided in writing at the time of booking so that we can follow them accurately.

Health, Safety & Medical Responsibility:

Vaccinations: Only fully vaccinated pets will be accepted. Valid vaccination records must be uploaded during registration.

Tick & Flea Prevention: Tick and flea treatment is mandatory prior to check-in. Pets with active infestations may be denied entry for the safety of all.

Illness or Emergency: In case of illness, injury, or emergency, Svantaraa will always act in the best interest of the pet and seek veterinary care as needed. Pet parents will be informed immediately.
Medical Expenses: All medical expenses incurred during the stay will be the responsibility of the pet parent.

Limitations of Liability: While we provide the highest standard of care, Svantaraa cannot be held liable for health concerns or natural outcomes related to pre-existing conditions, senior age, or circumstances beyond our control.

Code of Conduct & Safety Policy: To ensure a positive and welcoming environment, we kindly request pet parents to always communicate with our staff in a respectful and courteous manner.
Any form of abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior towards staff or management will lead to immediate cancellation of services, without refund. For safety reasons, pets displaying aggression, severe anxiety, or behavior that may endanger themselves or others may be placed in temporary isolation under supervision.

Pet Parent Responsibilities & Consent: By registering with Svantaraa, you confirm that all medical history, allergies, medications, behavioral concerns, and temperament details have been truthfully disclosed. Svantaraa will not be liable for any injuries or incidents resulting from undisclosed medical or behavioral issues.

You authorize Svantaraa to provide basic care, seek veterinary attention, and take necessary decisions in case of an emergency, should you be unreachable. Please note that minor scrapes, stress-related behavior, or temporary appetite loss can occur in new environments and are considered normal adjustments, and therefore do not constitute grounds for liability..

Media & Content Consent: By enrolling your pet, you grant Svantaraa permission to photograph and record videos of your pet during their stay. These may be used on our social media platforms, website, or other promotional materials, unless you inform us in writing in advance that you do not wish for your pet to be featured.

Liability Waiver: While Svantaraa takes every possible precaution to ensure a safe and caring environment, you acknowledge that boarding, daycare, and group play may involve certain inherent risks. Svantaraa shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, emotional stress, or natural loss arising from pre-existing medical conditions, age-related factors, or interactions with other pets, except in cases where gross negligence on our part is established.

Changes to Terms: Svantaraa reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
